Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you paid additional cost for tracking, the email will contain your tracking number which will be active within 24 hours. Note that standard shipping and free shipping does not include tracking.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Qosmetica is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Invalid Address Information

If you provide an invalid or incorrect address for your order, Qosmetica is not held responsible for its failed delivery. Please double check that your address information is correct when placing your order and that you include all necessary information such as your apartment number. If your package gets returned to us, we can re-ship you the items so long as you pay for the shipping costs.

Delivery Information

If you have purchased a tracking number that states your item has been delivered but you never received it, email us and we will file a claim with the postal service on your behalf. They will conduct an investigation and once they come to a conclusion, we can proceed to reship your package.
