Q2. How long do these lenses last?
If unopened, the lens will be available to use for over a year (please check expiry date on package). Once the box has been opened, lenses last up to 6 months, given proper care. Make sure to clean your lenses often even if you aren’t using them to ensure they last as long as possible. Please read our wear & care guide for more information.
Q3. What to do if the lenses irritate my eye?
Be sure to soak them in contact lens solution for about 8 hours before first use. If they irritate your eyes, you may be inserting them on the wrong side, so turn the lens inside out, clean it with solution and try inserting again. If this still does not work, let the contact soak in solution and try again a few hours later. If severe irritation occurs, contact your optometrist. For other cases, please contact us.
Q4. Do you carry prescription lenses?
Our lenses are all currently nonprescription but we are looking into adding prescription soon. However, some customers choose to wear our lenses under their glasses.
Q5. Can I pay with credit card? Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, you can pay with either a credit card or PayPal. Please use our Paypal option to either pay through Paypal or pay with a credit card through Paypal’s guest checkout. At checkout, just click through the Paypal option until it takes you to Paypals page, then click the “Checkout with Visa or Debit” at the bottom of the Paypal page and you can checkout as a guest.
Q6. Why was my payment declined?
There are a number of reasons your card may have been declined, such as an incorrect billing address. The ‘billing address’ is the address that is connected to your credit card, and may be different than your ‘shipping address’. Next, insufficient funds. Your card may not have enough money to complete the purchase. Your bank processor may have declined it. This is a fairly generic response that many issuing banks will send back when declining a transaction. The transaction may be declined due to a high level of recent activity on a card, a lack of matching AVS information, a card being over its limit, or a range of other reasons which only the bank knows. Please contact us if you have exhausted all solutions and are still unable to complete your purchase.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Typically, it takes less than 2 weeks. You can view our estimated shipping rates for more information.
Can I track my order? Where is my tracking number?
If you chose the basic shipping option, “Standard Shipping”, then your order will not have a tracking code but you can view our shipping policy for estimated delivery times. If you chose “Express Shipping” which includes tracking, your tracking number will be automatically included in your shipment email. You can use this tracking number on Canada Post Tracking to track your shipment.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
In order to cancel your order, you must email us within 6 hours of placement. If you email us in time explaining your needs, we can help you modify or cancel your order.
Where is my order being shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Canada, BC.
